Creator Partner Program Agreement

This Creator Partner Program Agreement is entered into between The Naked Truth SHPK, NIPT M61713051L, and the Creator admitted to publish or monetize content on The Naked Truth.

The Agreement governs publication, monetization, revenue sharing, financial administration, payouts, KYC, content deletion, Profile closure, taxes and creator obligations. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and prevails on creator-specific matters unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Naked Truth may accept, refuse, suspend or terminate a Creator at its discretion where the Creator does not meet Platform criteria, fails verification or creates legal, financial, operational, reputational or content risk.

Creator verification may include identity, business, tax, banking and payout data. The Platform requests only data necessary for monetization, payout, taxes, fraud prevention, legal compliance and financial risk management.

The Creator retains ownership of Creator Content. The Naked Truth does not purchase or claim ownership of content merely by hosting, monetizing or distributing it through the Platform.

By publishing, the Creator grants The Naked Truth a limited, non-exclusive, operational license to host, store, transcode, stream, display, promote within the Platform, monetize and make content available to subscribers — only to the extent necessary for Platform operations and legal or financial administration.

The Creator must not upload or monetize any of the following:

• Prohibited or illegal content of any kind.
• Copyright-infringing material, unauthorized music, footage, images or archives.
• Adult sexual content or pornography.
• Content that exploits, sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Fraudulent or misleading claims.
• Manipulative content targeting minors or vulnerable persons.
• Content that violates Platform policies or applicable law.

Split applies to Net Shareable Value unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payouts are subject to completion of KYC, tax documentation, invoices where required, payment details, absence of open disputes, refund or chargeback risk and compliance with Platform rules. Amounts below the minimum threshold accumulate until the threshold is reached.

The Creator is responsible for tax declarations, invoices, VAT or Tax ID, tax residency and legal compliance in their jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The Naked Truth may withhold tax, delay payment or request documents where required by law or risk management.

The Creator may manage ordinary content but must not collect long-term subscriptions and then empty the Profile, remove core premium content or materially deprive subscribers of the service sold.

If the Creator wants to close a Profile or end the relationship, a 90-day prior notice is recommended unless otherwise agreed. The Naked Truth may place the Profile in a sunset process — stopping new subscriptions and renewals while preserving existing subscriber access where technically, legally and contractually possible.

The Naked Truth may suspend monetization, hold payouts, remove content, restrict the Profile or terminate this Agreement for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of this Agreement or Platform policies.
• Fraud, copyright claims or illegal content.
• Failure of KYC or tax documentation requirements.
• Chargeback abuse or subscriber harm.
• Legal requirements or orders from competent authorities.

This Agreement is governed by Albanian law, without prejudice to mandatory laws that may apply elsewhere. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Tirana unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
