Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how The Naked Truth handles cancellations, renewals, digital access, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, technical issues and voluntary remedies. It applies to users/subscribers and, where relevant, to creators affected by refunds or chargebacks.

Purchases and subscriptions are generally final and non-refundable once digital access has been activated and the paid content, Profile or service has been made available, except where applicable law requires otherwise or The Naked Truth voluntarily approves a remedy.

A subscriber may cancel a subscription at any time through the Platform or relevant payment provider where available. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically delete the account or create a refund for the current paid period.

After cancellation, access usually continues until the end of the paid period unless the account or access is suspended or terminated for breach of Terms, Platform policies, law or third-party rights.

Where subscriptions renew automatically, the Platform should display the price, billing period, renewal status, renewal date/period, cancellation method and important payment conditions before purchase where required. Users must cancel before renewal if they do not want the next billing period.

Because The Naked Truth provides digital content and digital services, access may start immediately after successful payment. Where applicable law requires express consent and acknowledgment for immediate supply during a withdrawal period, the Platform may request confirmation at checkout.

• Verified technical issues caused by the Platform that materially prevent access.
• Duplicate charges or incorrect charges.
• Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification.
• A paid Profile or substantial part of the purchased service becomes materially unavailable due to causes within the Platform’s control.
• Mandatory refund or withdrawal rights required by applicable law.
• A voluntary commercial decision by The Naked Truth for customer satisfaction, reputation or fairness.

• The subscriber accessed or used the paid content or service.
• The request is based on change of mind, personal preference, disappointment, lack of use or forgetting to cancel.
• The user breached Terms, copied, downloaded, recorded, redistributed or otherwise misused content.
• The issue is caused by the user’s device, internet, browser, payment method, bank, VPN/proxy, third-party software or factors outside reasonable Platform control.
• The request is abusive, fraudulent, inconsistent with usage records or related to unauthorized conduct.

If a user opens a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank, card network, Stripe or another processor, The Naked Truth may suspend access to the related content or subscription while the dispute is reviewed.

The Naked Truth may provide evidence to the payment processor, including payment records, access activation, usage data, acceptance of Terms and subscription history. If a chargeback relates to a Creator’s content or actions, the relevant amount and costs may be deducted from the Creator’s balance under the Payment & Payout Policy and Creator Partner Program Agreement.

Refund requests should be sent preferably within 7 days of the transaction, unless applicable law provides otherwise. The request should include account email, transaction date, amount, currency, purchased Profile/service, transaction ID where available, reason for the request and supporting evidence.

Approved refunds may be made to the original payment method where technically possible. Where this is not possible, The Naked Truth may offer Platform credit, replacement, access extension or another reasonable solution, in accordance with applicable law.

This Policy may be updated for legal, financial, operational, technical, payment processor or business model reasons.
